Pozole (Hominy soup)

Pozole is a hominy soup with pork meat traditionally prepared with Oregano. Side of chopped onion, avocado slices, and two hard tortilla tostadas with refried pinto beans lettuce, sour cream, queso cotija and lime.

Quesadilla with meat

Flour tortilla filled with cheese and your choice of meat, served with lettuce, pico and salsa. Vegetarian quesadilla made with flour or corn tortilla, filled with fajitas and mushrooms. Pico de gallo, lettuce, and salsa on the side.
